Assistant Manager

Max Meier joined the JGFA as a student in 2008, as a volunteer in 2012, and as a staff member in 2015.  Max operates out of Okeeheelee Golf Course as Administrator, Volunteer Coordinator, and Marketing Director. His passion for junior golf administration is evident in his job performance and junior camp coordination. Max's experience within the junior program is essential as he is now able to develop and supervise the program.  He enjoys the social aspect and connectivity the program offers, through friendships, bonds, and activities.

Max currently handles retail operations and community outreach at Okeeheelee Golf Course. Some of his accomplishments since starting at GPS have been redesigning the website, streamlining online payments, launching a new JGFA curriculum, revamping the volunteer program, and reorganizing the community outreach program.

Max is also a camp instructor and level 1, 2, and 3 instructor at Okeeheelee Golf Course, using his passion for the game of golf and teaching skills to inspire and develop the junior program.  He is eager to contribute to the junior program through social media and creativity.
