Jon Davis, Level II PGA Apprentice

Jon Davis, a native of Akron, Ohio started working for Golf Professional Services in the winter of 05'-06'. Jon has only been playing golf for seven years, the last four as a professional. Currently Jon teaches full time and also serves as a hard goods and club fitting specialist at Okeeheelee golf Course and John Prince Golf Learning Center. Jon has an extreme passion for teaching the game of golf, and working with other people. He enjoys working with golfers of all skill levels and abilities.

Prior to Jon's arrival in South Florida he worked as an assistant golf professional in the Northern Ohio PGA Section. He served as the first assistant at Tippecanoe Country Club for two years. He also worked as an assistant golf pro at Windmill Lakes Golf Club, where he worked under Herb Page, a member of the Golf Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Jon still enjoys playing competitive golf in his free time. Currently he plays events on the Minor League Golf Tour, South Florida Section Events, and local Pro-Am's. His goal is to one day play an event on the PGA Tour. Jon's career low tournament round is 67, recorded on the South Course at The President Country Club during a pro-am event.

Jon is very happily married to Claudia Serna Davis and they now call West Palm Beach their home.
